Set-up the money making Reminder to call your patients automatically. With Reminder, your customers will always know exactly when their appointment is. Reminder is designed to contact patients either once or at multiple intervals to ensure that patients remember and attend appointments.
Appointment List
Reminder will not only call your clients to remind them of their appointment, but you can also use the Reminder Appointment List to help schedule new patients. Reminder can list appointments by date, and last name, so you can see exactly when you have time for another appointment.
From 1 to 2 Lines
Reminder software works in conjunction with leading voice processing boards, including Rhetorex and Dialogic. With two line support, the Reminder program can call two of your patients at the same time, doubling your efficiency.
Client Outdialer
The Patient Outdialer includes a complete Graphical User Interface and works on any one of your existing PC's. No patient = No income, in other words negative cash flow. This powerful application allows automatically calls patients in advance to confirm their appointments.
Reports
Reminder will prepare a detailed report when prompted and print a concise report for your records. Each report contains who was called, appointment date, appointment time, notification type (i.e. Two days), call status, and the time of the last call.
Dialing Schedules 
The Reminder dialing schedule is completely customizable. You can specify holidays that the system should not call patients on and also specify the times for each day of the week to start and stop reminding patients.
On-Screen Statistics
Reminder shows you attempted, completed, intercepted, retried, and busy/no answer calls, all totaled and in view, on screen. You can watch and see how well Reminder works for you.
Large Memory Capacity
Reminder can store over 100,000 records. There is no need to spend hours everyday removing old records and making room for new ones.

The Patient Reminder from iVoice.com, Inc. has an easy to use and learn GUI interface that allows you to enter patient information as well as appointment information. Once the patient information is entered into the Reminder database, text-to-speech will do the remainder of the work for you. Reminder will call your patients, and play the patient information you entered to them, saving you precious time and money.

When adding new appointments, the Reminder Calendar can show you all of the information you need to see to help pick the perfect date for your patients. You no longer need to search through paper calanders to find a date when the Reminder Calendar is just a click away.

The Reminder Dialing Schedule allows you to setup three unique dialing periods for each day of the week. Your system will only dial between the hours specified and by allowing the system to pause during lunch and diner hours, your patients will be happy to be phone call free. The Reminder Dialing Schedule also allows you to setup special holiday dates and hours.
 

Although text-to-speech makes operation fast and easy for you, you may want to personalize your system with customized greetings and names. The Reminder Recorder allows you to record your own prompts, such as your name and the names of other doctors and nurses, or names of your patients. You can record new names while the system is running and will never need to close the Reminder for maintenance.
